Job summary

VeriPark is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer with extensive experience in the core banking domain to lead QA initiatives and mentor the team. The role requires strong hands-on testing skills, the ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers, and a drive to deliver high-quality financial software.

The candidate will oversee functional, integration, and system testing, drive test plans, and manage defect processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software QA experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with black box test techniques and test case execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality test strategy and plans and execute them end-to-end.
• Lead QA activities across one or more projects and mentor team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
