Job summary

Framework Search & Select is partnering with a well-established private psychology practice in Australia. The role offers clinical leadership, team development and operational oversight, with a manageable caseload and scope to drive service growth across the practice.

You will mentor clinicians, collaborate with the Senior Manager and leadership team, and contribute to high-quality outcomes for children, adults and families in a person-centred, holistic care setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology.
• Full registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist.
• Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA.
• Possesses Medicare provider number or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Clinician/Leader or the drive to step up into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• This position combines clinical leadership, team development and operational oversight while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload.
• Working closely with the Senior Manager & wider leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting service growth, mentoring clinicians and driving high-quality clinical outcomes across the practice.
