Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions invites an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major community project in Sydney. You will work with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include coordinating consultants and subcontractors, managing client relationships and stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a building construction environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Leading project delivery from planning through to handover
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Managing client relationships and key stakeholders
• Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
• Identifying and managing project risks and reporting requirements
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
