Job summary

KB Seafood Co in Brisbane is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Seafood Packaging Area, drive daily production plans across Retail Ready and MAP formats, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will manage a diverse, multi-skilled team, uphold GMP/HACCP and WHS protocols, and partner with other Supervisors to meet service and productivity targets while enabling career progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in food processing.
• Experience leading a large, multicultural workforce.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, WHS protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plan across Retail Ready and MAP formats.
• Maintain staff training, GMPs, and Food Safety standards.
• Maintain a competent, engaged, and motivated workforce with strong safety culture.
• Monitor equipment and workforce efficiency, acting where required.
• Supervise daily activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Lead regular communication and resource planning based on production volumes, leave, and absenteeism.
• Work collaboratively with other Supervisors to achieve service, cost, and productivity targets.
