Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of around 25 across six production lines at a regulated manufacturing and packing facility in Warriewood, NSW. The role focuses on safety, quality and continuous improvement, delivering production targets in line with GMP and quality standards.

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with a base salary of $130,000 plus Super. Working hours are 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with GMP exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and structured problem solving.
• Proven track record delivering production targets while upholding safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the production team to deliver safety, quality and production objectives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Champion a quality-first mindset ensuring GMP standards are met.
• Lead investigations into incidents, deviations and issues with corrective actions.
• Coordinate production activities, changeovers, GMP cleaning and line operations.
• Manage resources to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
• Monitor downtime and drive resolution with Maintenance and other functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and SOPs.
• Support production planning and contribute to the weekly schedule.
• Manage overtime and casual labour within approved budgets.
• Establish KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
• Coordinate training and succession planning for the team.
