Google is seeking a Group Product Manager for Google Photos Organization and Sharing in Sydney. This role guides products from conception to launch, aligning technical and business teams to deliver impactful photo organization and sharing features.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product management, 5 years leading teams, and deep experience with consumer roadmaps and generative AI technologies. The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering, UX, and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
5 years of experience in people management with technical leadership.
5 years of experience defining and delivering product roadmaps for consumer products.
Experience designing, building, and deploying applications utilizing generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM).

Responsibilities

Own development and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction.
Drive the evolution of Google Photos organization and sharing features to make them more personalized, proactive, and powerful.
Define and build the next generation of helpful user experiences by utilizing Gemini and advanced Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.
Lead, mentor, and grow a small, high-performing team of Product Managers.
Deliver features that actively drive user love and engagement while helping users get more out of their photo libraries.
