Art Processors in Warrnambool is seeking a Lead Product Designer to guide the design process from concept to launch. You’ll shape user experiences that are visually compelling and easy to use, partnering with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

You will lead a design team, define standards, and ensure consistency across all products while staying current with industry trends and methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
5+ years of product design experience with proven outcomes.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership with mentoring experience.
Experience with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design elements are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that products meet the needs of our customers.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure that all design work meets the highest standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our products as appropriate.
