Job summary

NTP Talent is assisting a 100% employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy in Newcastle, NSW, seeking a Lead Process Engineer to act as the technical leader within a diverse engineering team.

You’ll lead and mentor engineers, coordinate resources across pumping, piping, water, resources, mining or heavy industry projects, and build long-term client relationships while delivering high‑quality technical direction.

Qualifications

• A degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Strong technical reporting skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, designers and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• A proven ability to lead, mentor and develop engineers while providing high-level technical direction.

Responsibilities
