Qualifications

• Relevant degree or higher qualification in urban planning or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex strategic urban planning or policy projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex city-shaping projects and provide expert housing advice across Melbourne.
• Drive housing strategy and planning policy including social, affordable, market housing and build-to-rent.
• Integrate housing outcomes into broader city planning with transport, infrastructure and services.
