Reporting to the Head of Unit, you will provide specialist care, supervise trainees, and participate in audits, research, and clinical practice improvement.

Qualifications

• MBBS with FRACS and medical board registration as Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
• High standard of clinical practice in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist level care to patients.
• Coordinate follow-up care for patients.
• Provide supervision to registrars, residents and medical students.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service as rostered.
• Contribute to audits, practice improvement and research initiatives.
• Attend and contribute to departmental meetings and team development.
