Job summary

Ferrycarrig is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our project delivery team in Sydney. You will develop, manage and control schedules across civil infrastructure, road, bridge and utilities projects, reporting to the Construction Manager.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, NEC4 contract knowledge and a proactive approach to planning, risk and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Planner on complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to deliver road, bridge, utilities projects.
• Strong expertise in delay analysis and EOT claims.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Establish baselines, critical paths, milestones and resource needs.
• Prepare tender and delivery programmes for major projects.
• Monitor progress and provide regular planning reports to executives.
• Analyse schedule performance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage NEC4 programmes and assess compensation events.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to align project objectives.
