Qualifikationen

• Must hold relevant Mechanical Engineering qualifications and RPEQ registration or be eligible to obtain it.
• Experience delivering projects in mining, manufacturing, oil & gas, energy or related sectors.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle and apply delivery methodologies.

• Partner with clients to deliver innovative, practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and deliver integrated outcomes.
• Guide and review work of engineers and designers ensuring high-quality mechanical design, 3D models, and construction deliverables.
• Support development of emerging engineers through coaching and mentoring.
• Contribute to winning work by preparing proposals, engineering estimates and capital cost assessments.
