Titan Recruitment is recruiting a key technical engineering lead for a Perth-based team managing a portfolio of major projects and brownfield sustaining work in the mining and resources sector. You will own technical quality, engineering delivery, resourcing and team capability.

This leadership role offers direct influence over discipline capability, ongoing design involvement and a clear pathway to drive performance across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years resources design experience.
• Five years senior leadership experience.
• Extensive materials handling design experience.
• Multidisciplinary engineering services project experience.
• Clear technical communication and leadership.
