Mav3rik is seeking a Lead Marketing Cloud Consultant for a senior, client-facing role supporting a major Melbourne-based client in hospitality. You will combine Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise with consulting and stakeholder management to translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Hybrid (Melbourne/Sydney) or Remote (outside Melbourne/Sydney) with opportunities to lead client workshops, mentor teammates, and drive compliant Marketing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) experience and leading complex projects.
• Advanced AMPscript and SSJS skills with hands-on development experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to present to senior/C-level stakeholders.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Administrator certifications.
• Proven experience providing technical direction and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next projects, including discovery, design, configuration, integration, deployment and training.
• Design, build, and optimise multi-channel campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Apply MCE fundamentals to implement MCN solutions and best practices.
• Lead client workshops and enablement sessions to drive adoption and delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define solutions and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, security and compliance requirements.

Mav3rik is seeking a Lead Marketing Cloud Consultant for a senior, client-facing role supporting a major Melbourne-based client in the hospitality industry.You will combine strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise with consulting and stakeholder management skills to design and deliver solutions within a highly regulated environment.We're looking for a hands-on consultant who is comfortable tackling complex challenges, working closely with clients, and translating technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Work Setup:

Hybrid (Melbourne/Sydney) or Remote (outside Melbourne/Sydney)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) projects, including discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, deployment, and training.
• Design, build, and optimise multi-channel and personalised customer campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Apply strong MCE + MCN fundamentals to learn and implement Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) solutions.
• Lead client workshops and enablement sessions to drive adoption and successful delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to define solutions, resolve complex challenges, and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure solutions align with relevant regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) experience, including experience leading complex, large-scale or multi-cloud projects.
• Advanced AMPscript and SSJS skills, with strong hands-on experience building dynamic and personalised solutions.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and recommendations to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Administrator certifications.
• Proven experience providing technical direction, mentoring team members, and balancing hands-on delivery with consulting leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in gaming, betting, gambling, or other highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on Data 360 (D360) experience.
• Experience hands on with Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE).
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Next (Growth or Advanced).
• Experience working across broader Salesforce ecosystems and integrations.
