Job summary

Glencore seeks a seasoned Supervisor – LV & Ancillary Maintenance to lead the Light Vehicle and Ancillary workshop at the Hail Creek operation. You will be responsible for safe, reliable maintenance execution and for coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, a valid licence, SAP experience, and at least 2 years of supervisory exposure in mining or heavy industry.

Qualifications

Lead and supervise maintenance teams in a mining/heavy industrial setting.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of light vehicles and support equipment.
Ensure safety and reliability of operations through effective supervision.

Responsibilities

Manage planned and reactive maintenance of light vehicles and support equipment including service trucks, pumps, generators, trailers.
Prioritise and monitor breakdown repairs to minimise downtime.
Provide updates on equipment availability to stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors and ensure work is completed to standard.
Support long-term planning and schedule improvement efforts.
