Now and Zen Landscapes Pty Ltd – Lawson NSW is seeking a hands-on leader to supervise a small landscaping crew on-site, guiding daily work and ensuring high workmanship standards.

You'll manage tasks, coordinate materials, liaise with clients and suppliers, and oversee both hardscape and softscape projects from start to finish, while maintaining safety and efficiency across all site activities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in residential landscaping or a related trade
• The ability to lead, organise and motivate a small team
• Pride in delivering high-quality, detail-focused work
• Good communication and a professional approach with clients and suppliers
• A reliable, practical and hands-on attitude
• A current driver's licence for site travel

Responsibilities

• Supervising and organising the crew
