Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Artarmon NSW is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead residential landscape construction crews across Sydney's Northern Beaches. You will manage onsite teams, coordinate materials, subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

The ideal candidate has a Cert III in Landscape Construction and proven ability to plan, budget, and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Landscape Construction.
• Experience leading residential landscape construction crews.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to pass a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating landscape construction teams onsite.
• Coordinating daily site activities, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship across soft and hard landscaping.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and project managers.
• Identifying and resolving site issues quickly and effectively.
• Managing project costs and site productivity.
• Completing site documentation using job management software.
