Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking aRegistered Land Surveyor to lead cadastral, land development and construction surveying across NSW projects. You will manage boundary definitions, subdivision surveys and site investigations, delivering precise survey data and robust documentation.

You will work with developers, engineers and contractors, providing expert surveying solutions and client-focused project leadership within a growing consultancy. NSW registration is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Surveyor qualification in NSW is mandatory.
• Tertiary degree in Surveying or Spatial Science required.
• Proven NSW surveying experience in land development and cadastral surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead cadastral, land development and construction surveying projects.
• Undertake boundary definition and title-related surveying.
• Manage surveying requirements across subdivisions and infrastructure.
• Provide detail surveys, level measurements and site investigations.
• Deliver construction set-out and surveying support across project delivery.
• Prepare subdivision plans and survey documentation.
• Liaise with clients, councils, authorities and project stakeholders.
