Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality food within set service timeframes.
• Coordinate all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen during your shift.
• Train and coordinate the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, daily ordering and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
• Contribute to menu decisions and future menu planning.
