Marble Group is seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to lead a busy joinery workshop in NSW. The role suits a seasoned Cabinet Maker or Workshop Supervisor to own factory operations, production quality, and a skilled trades team.

You will oversee day-to-day workshop performance, coordinate with drafting, and ensure projects meet the highest standards. Permanent full-time with a salary of $90,000-$120,000 plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Experienced Cabinet Maker or Joiner with hands-on leadership ability.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes.
• Quality-focused with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of tradespeople within a busy joinery workshop.
• Oversee daily factory operations, workflow, and production quality.
• Act as the link between the workshop and drafting team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Provide guidance and support to tradespeople, assisting with technical queries and problem-solving.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, assisting on tools when required.
• Ensure all joinery leaving the factory meets the required quality standards.
