Downer Rail is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to drive ICT system design and integration for rolling stock. You will develop engineering specifications, reports, and reference designs, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across the lifecycle.

You will lead a team of engineers, manage delivery timelines, and contribute to conformity with Australian and international ICT standards.

Qualificações

• Degree qualifications in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Systems Engineering or similar (Mandatory).
• CPEng status or working towards it.
• Rolling stock or Intelligent Transportation Systems experience.
• Experience in software development as practiced in railway/heavy industrial environments.
• Experience with Train Control Management Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop engineering specifications and reports for ICT systems.
• Design and test ICT system hardware and software components.
• Develop reference designs and integration plans for rolling stock.
• Assure new systems and operating methodologies across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead a team of engineers and manage delivery timelines.
