Panettiere Builders Pty Ltd in Newstead, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Plumbing Supervisor/Leading Hand for high-rise multi-residential construction. This hands-on leadership role oversees plumbing crews, coordinates on-site activities, and ensures installations meet Australian Standards.

Requirements include 5+ years of commercial plumbing, stack systems knowledge, QLD Plumbing Licence, White Card, and the ability to read hydraulic drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong focus on high-rise multi-residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of stack systems and multi-level hydraulics.
• Regulatory awareness of Australian Standards and QLD plumbing regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on high-rise multi-residential projects.
• Install, maintain and oversee hydraulic services (water, sanitary, stormwater, gas where applicable).
• Read and interpret hydraulic drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities in line with construction programmes.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with site managers, foremen, engineers and other trades.
• Assist with material scheduling and site coordination.
