DCP Plumbing Group PTY LYD in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Plumber who thrives on the tools and on-site leadership. You will bridge the gap between project management and hands-on trades, leading by example on premium residential and commercial renovations.

Interpret plans, supervise apprentices, ensure quality workmanship, safety on site, and clear communication with strata managers and property owners to keep every project on schedule and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed plumber with proven trade experience.
• Experience leading on-site teams on high-end renovations.
• Strong focus on quality and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-end residential and commercial plumbing installations and fit-outs.
• Lead day-to-day operations on job sites and manage apprentices.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and timely project delivery.
• Interpret plans and liaise with clients, strata managers, and builders.
