Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing AI business to deliver GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. This highly autonomous role puts you in the driver seat from problem definition to production, partnering directly with customers and owning architecture decisions.

You’ll stay hands-on while guiding multiple engagements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with some of the world’s largest organisations to deploy production-grade AI systems built with Python

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying GenAI, LLM, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong architecture and system-design capabilities.
• Production-minded with reliability, testing, and scalability focus.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI projects.
• Design scalable architectures and make key technical decisions.
• Build production-grade LLM and AI-powered applications.
• Develop agent workflows, tool integrations, and evaluation frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Work directly with enterprise stakeholders.
• Solve complex problems using Python and modern AI technologies.
