Job summary

Core dna in Melbourne is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to shape the frontend of our headless CMS/Ecommerce platform. You will build frontend solutions, implement new features, and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality user experiences.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, 7+ years of frontend experience, strong HTML/JavaScript and SCSS/SASS/LESS skills, with build tools like Gulp and Webpack and API-first architectures (REST/GraphQL).

Requirements

What you'll need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of the front end development experience
• Extensive experience with front end web technologies like html, Javascript, SCSS/SASS/LESS, Build systems: Gulp and Webpack. Latest Jamstack frameworks
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services - REST / GraphQL
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

• Experienced in the delivery of web based Solutions for customers/partners
• Detail oriented, outcome driven problem solver
• Well versed with working within agile environments
• Comfortable sharing your solutions with internal and external teams
