Job summary

J-Digital Co in Australia is seeking an experienced lead full stack developer who can bridge our Dev and GHL CRM teams to deliver client-focused projects. You will own frontend and backend development across WordPress, landing pages, and integrations, guiding a small team and coordinating with account managers.

Qualifications

• Proven UI/UX design skills with Figma or similar tools.
• Minimum 3 years frontend development experience and at least 1 year backend systems experience.
• Experience with WordPress and page builders.
• Experience with API endpoints and systems integration.
• Experience with frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Creating landing pages that interface with GoHighLevel.
• Improving landing page workflow to improve page creation efficiency and quality.
• Assist with split testing and conversion rate optimisation in coordination with account managers.
• Dev Team leader, coordinating your team to deliver on projects and guiding them to improve their skills.
• Working cross teams and assisting with client facing and key projects on the CRM side.
• WordPress website design and development.
• Improvements to client websites and landing page edits when requested.
• Client communication including emails, phone calls and Google Meet calls to gather project requirements, give progress updates and receive feedback.

J-Digital Co is an Australian-based marketing agency. We run Google ads and Facebook ads for our clients, as well as providing end-to-end CRM and Web Development solutions. We are looking to expand our team with an experienced full stack developer who can work across our Dev team and GHL CRM team as a lead to help deliver client-focused projects.

Details

• Salary - $75000 to $90000 + Super depending on experience and scope of responsibilities.
• Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30pm GMT+8 (Perth Time)

Requirements

• Accomplished UI/UX Design skills including mockups in Figma etc
• Front-end web dev skills (Both in builders, WordPress, custom HTML etc).
• Experience with frontend frameworks
• Experience with API endpoints and systems integration
• At least 3 years of front end development experience and at least 1 year of backend systems experience

Preferred Expertise

• No code tools such as Make.com and N8N
• Business Analysis and client facing/communication skills
