Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Engineering.
- CPEng status or near to achieving.
- 10+ years' Australian consulting experience.
- Strong flood modelling, stormwater and water engineering capability.
- Experience in delivering projects, managing budgets and clients.
- Collaborative leadership and mentoring aptitude.
- Commercial awareness and opportunity identification.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex flood modelling, stormwater and water projects.
- Work across transport, urban development, public domain, buildings and city-scale projects.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key public and private sector clients.
- Mentor and develop engineers within the team.
- Contribute to business development, strategic planning and service growth.
- Influence standards, delivery methods and future team direction.
