Egis Group is seeking a Principal Flooding Engineer to lead flood management projects for clients across Australia. You will manage large-scale flood mapping, drainage design, and risk assessments while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, with strong client management and opportunities to contribute to business development.

The ideal candidate holds 10+ years in a similar role, relevant tertiary qualifications, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• CPEng and/or NER (desirable).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or support flood mapping projects across lifecycle stages.
• Forecasting and budget monitoring; manage time and cost on projects.
• Prepare project deliverables and documentation meeting client requirements.
• Support broader business development activities.
