Lancesoft Australia is seeking a Field Specialist - MWD/LWD/DD to lead wellsite operations, guide junior engineers and deliver technical advice to customers. You will analyze system data, resolve complex issues and ensure delivery is verified with sign-off.

Based in Australia, this on-site role requires hands-on directional drilling experience, strong communication skills and a proven ability to mentor teams in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; minimum 3 years' MWD/LWD experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal customers and suppliers.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of directional drilling.
• Experience in leading, mentoring and motivating technical teams.
• Methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
• Willingness to work on-shore facilities and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to completion and communicate updates to customers.
• Provide instruction and supervision to junior field engineers.
• Communicate technical guidance to customers and third-party teams.
• Analyze and interpret system information to resolve complex wellsite problems.
• Ensure work is verified to enable successful delivery and sign-off.
