Job summary

EI Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager - Environmental / Contaminated Land to join our NSW environmental team. You will lead complex CLM projects from planning through completion, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors while delivering on time and within budget.

We require 5+ years of local Australian experience in environmental consulting or related fields, strong knowledge of contaminated land frameworks, and proven client management and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' relevant local Australian experience in environmental consulting, contaminated land or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Australian contaminated land legislation, guidelines and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and review high-quality technical reports.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A current Australian driver's licence and willingness to undertake occasional field work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of allocated environmental and contaminated land projects from inception through to completion.
• Develop project strategies, scopes, programs and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Act as Project Manager across multidisciplinary teams on complex contaminated land management (CLM) projects.
• Coordinate project delivery, including liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, regulators and internal staff.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered within agreed parameters.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and variations.
• Prepare, review and oversee technical reports and project documentation to a high professional standard.
• Provide technical input and guidance on contaminated land investigations, assessments and remediation projects.
• Review and interpret environmental data and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate and/or oversee field investigations, sampling programs, remediation works and remediation validation.
