Job summary

Impact Security & Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects across the Central Coast and Newcastle region. You will collaborate with clients, builders, consultants, subcontractors and our internal team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to spec.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical projects across residential, commercial or government sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, project coordination and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines and changing priorities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project budgets, cost tracking and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical and integrated technology projects from commencement to handover.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, variations and progress claims.
• Interpret drawings, specs and scopes of work.
• Coordinate electrical, data, AV, security and automation works.
• Build strong relationships with clients, builders and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and WHS requirements.
• Attend site meetings and manage site activities.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, documentation and handover.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
