WSP in Adelaide is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to lead and coordinate electrical engineering teams on mining and heavy industry projects. You will oversee deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resources while mentoring engineers and collaborating with clients and project managers.

The role emphasizes balancing technical requirements with delivery objectives and developing the Adelaide Mining team. A tertiary Electrical Engineering degree and accreditation eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering projects within mining, resources or heavy industry.
• Experience leading teams and managing engineering deliverables.
• Understanding of project execution, resourcing and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to balance technical requirements with commercial and delivery objectives.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, with eligibility for professional accreditation.
