Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• RPEQ or eligible to register (CPEng desirable)
• 8+ years of building services electrical design experience
• Experience in a consulting or design-and-construct environment
• A practical approach and good understanding of how designs get built
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and site teams

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical design on major building services projects, from concept through to construction
• Review designs and documentation for quality, buildability and compliance
• Work closely with project managers, site teams and clients to solve design issues as they come up
• Value-engineer designs so they’re practical, cost-effective and buildable
