Job summary

Nido Early School is seeking a Lead Educator in Western Australia to lead curriculum development and documentation while guiding a team of educators in a dynamic, family-centred setting. The role emphasizes strong commitment to child wellbeing, identity, and learning through reflective practice.

You will play a key part in leading planning cycles, ensuring compliance, and modelling best-practice pedagogy in alignment with Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophies and the NQS framework.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or actively working towards.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS and inquiry-based learning.
• Experience leading a room or team in an early childhood setting.
• Current WWCC and First Aid certification.
• Must have completed or be willing to obtain National Child Safety Training via Geccko.

• Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families.
• Lead planning cycles and documentations of learning.
