Job summary

Mayfield Early Education on Fretwell Rd is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to guide a team of educators and deliver holistic, child-centered learning. The role emphasizes strong family collaboration, innovative teaching approaches, and alignment with EYLF and NQF standards. Availability is Monday to Friday, 6:00am–6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification).
• Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards and EYLF/NQF.

At Mayfield Early Education Fretwell Rd, we’re looking for a Lead Educator (Diploma qualified) to join our team, working up to 37.5 hours per week. What we’re looking for

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification)
• Valid WWCC
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
• A genuine passion for the early childhood sector and helping children flourish
• Availability 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
