Job summary

G8 Education Limited is seeking an experienced Lead Educator for Community Kids Jimboomba in Queensland. You will lead the classroom, nurture development, and partner with families to create a vibrant learning environment for children aged 0–5.

The role requires ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma, strong communication, and current regulatory checks. Flexible and supportive team culture, with opportunities for growth within G8’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• ACEQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS required.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI clearance and First Aid certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator role within an Early Childhood service.
• Create and maintain a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–5.
• Collaborate with team to support children's development and wellbeing.
