Bluebird Early Education Cobram is seeking a passionate Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our warm boutique service in the Goulburn Valley. The role involves building strong relationships with children and families, delivering high-quality early education, and contributing to a supportive team in a new centre.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or be actively working towards it), possess current First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or actively working towards.
• Blue card (Employee)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain
• Current Child Protection and Food Handling certificates or willingness to obtain
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS; prior educator experience
• Passionate about high-quality early education
• Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with families and staff
