Location: Cranbourne, VIC
Licensed Capacity: 104
Pay Rates:

Lead Educator: $37.54 – $42.65 per hour

Casual Educator: $35.35 – $43.54 per hour
(Rates based on qualification and experience, plus superannuation)

About the Roles

At Busy Bees at Cranbourne, we're growing our Hive and have exciting opportunities available for passionate early childhood professionals to join our team:

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Lead Educator with at least 3 years of leadership experience in the sector.
You will:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Support and mentor educators to deliver exceptional care and learning.

• Build strong partnerships with families, children, and colleagues.

• Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies.

We're also seeking flexible and reliable Casual Educators to support our team with Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
You will:

• Assist in the delivery of high-quality education and care programs.

• Engage children in play-based learning experiences that foster growth and curiosity.

• Collaborate with educators and adapt to new environments easily.

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

What You'll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).

• Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.

• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and QIP processes.

• Positive, collaborative, and professional attitude.

• Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa).
