Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of educators, delivering the NLRDP program with a focus on the image of the child and collaborative practice.

You will contribute to a supportive, development‑oriented culture and have opportunities for ongoing training and advancement within our structure, while prioritising inclusion and wellbeing for every child.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
