G8 Education Ltd in Queensland is seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our team of early childhood professionals. You will provide high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5, align with EYLF and NQS, and support ongoing development within our centre.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate 3, maintain WWCC/Blue Card, have First Aid, and enjoy Above Award wages, access to Wonder.LAB and career progression within G8’s network of 400+ centres.

Formación

• Requires ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS is essential.
• Proven educator experience with 0–5 years in early childhood.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance is required.
• First Aid certificate is required.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
