Job summary

Elevate seeks an experienced Associate Director - eDDR to lead our Australian practice in eDiscovery, data breach, and document review. You will drive project delivery, advise clients on review strategies, and oversee technology-enabled methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years post-qualification experience in document review, eDiscovery and data breach matters.
• Strong expertise in AI, TAR and eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience leading large review teams and complex projects.
• Proven client management, stakeholder engagement and business development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale document review and data breach projects from planning through delivery.
• Expand document review service offerings with clients, sales, and delivery teams.
• Advise on review strategies, discovery processes, AI-enabled methodologies, and technologies.
• Build and mentor review teams; train on privilege, redactions, and platforms.
• Oversee governance, reporting, quality assurance, budgeting, and billing.
• Support business development, including RFP/RFX responses and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal eDiscovery teams and vendors to ensure success.
• Maintain defensible, well-documented review processes and high-quality deliverables.
