Job summary

Bira Bira Early Learning Centre in Melbourne is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to lead our four-year-old kindergarten program. You will apply a child-led, inquiry-based approach and connect learning to children's interests.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience teaching four-year-old kindergarten.
• A strong working knowledge of the EYLF and VEYLDF.
• A practical understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Confidence embedding STEM and STEAM within play-based, inquiry-led learning.
• Strong skills in observation, planning and meaningful pedagogical documentation.
