Bluebird Early Education Waterford in Queensland is seeking a passionate Lead Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care to join our warm team. This permanent part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, play-based learning under the EYLF framework in a supportive environment.

You will work with a dedicated group of Educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a vibrant center that values wellbeing, safety and community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working towards).
• Current blue card (Employee).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Current Child Protection and Food Handling certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Understanding EYLF and NQS for Educators with experience.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality early education and care.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with families and community.
