Job summary

Affinity Education Group’s Milestones Early Learning Wagaman is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Kindy room and inspire young learners. You will design engaging programs that respond to each child’s interests and support their development within a collaborative team.

You will work to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards, partner with families, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Relevant teachers’ registration (if applicable).
• Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain.
• Strong commitment to fostering growth and development of young minds.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries and community connections.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for children.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
