Job summary

Early Learning Victoria seeks an experienced Early Childhood Room Leader to guide a 102-place centre in delivering high-quality, play-based education. You will lead a team of educators, plan engaging programs aligned with the National Quality Standards and state frameworks, and mentor staff while building strong connections with families and the local community.

You will collaborate with management to model best practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a positive centre culture

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Early Childhood Room with a high-quality play-based program.
• Strong understanding of Victorian Early Years Framework and National Law/regulations.
• Excellent communication with families, staff and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
• Plan and program in collaboration with educators to uphold the educational program.
