Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of drafting experience on multi-disciplined capital projects in heavy industry.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, health and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce drafting standards and procedures.
• Establish and manage the drawing review and management system, including revision control and storage.
• Oversee the development and integration of 3D models from OEMs and internal teams.
• Prioritise and allocate drafting tasks in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
• Create detailed drawings for tender, construction and fabrication purposes.
• Develop and update 3D models.
• Ensure all drafting is completed to PPM, Australian, and international standards.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with project scope.
• Actively manage risks and contribute to achieving a zero-harm project outcome.
