Job summary

Gateway Health in Northeast Victoria is seeking a Team Leader Domestic and Family Violence to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering essential services in Wodonga. You will support the Program Manager to ensure safe, effective and high‑quality operations across the Domestic and Family Violence program.

Leading up to 10 client‑focused team members, you will supervise Family Violence Case Managers, promote best‑practice service delivery, manage risk and foster a positive team culture with

Qualifications

• Understanding of family violence dynamics including risk, safety, accountability and gendered drivers.
• Experience supervising or mentoring Case Managers in complex practice environments.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of MARAM, MBC frameworks, and Victorian standards will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering Domestic and Family Violence services.
