  • Lead the full lifecycle of digital media campaigns, including comprehensive channel planning, strategic investment decisioning, and large-scale budget management.
  • Develop robust digital media plans, implementation responses, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), while providing actionable reporting and insights to optimise against agreed KPIs.
  • Oversee the hands‑on activation and continuous optimisation of digital media campaigns across a variety of platforms, including hybrid digital channels.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal banners and collaborate across a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment (including external agency partners) to align media strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Leverage your understanding of the AUNZ media landscape and competitive trends to proactively identify new partner opportunities and inform investment decisions.
What You’ll Bring

You are a driven, organised and proactive digital marketing professional who loves pushing the boundaries of what digital media channels can achieve. You thrive in complex environments and are passionate about delivering both commercial results and excellent customer outcomes.

  • A minimum of 6+ years of hands‑on experience in media planning and investment activation, ideally within a media agency or a large‑scale client‑direct retail environment.
  • Proven proficiency with major planning and buying tools such as DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Google Ads, or Facebook Ad Manager.
  • A deep understanding of digital advertising principles (paid social, programmatic, SEO) alongside experience with audience and tag management solutions like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to present strategies, negotiate outcomes, and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organisation.
  • Commercial acumen, with a strong track record of managing budgets and developing accurate forecasts that meet or exceed objectives.
What You’ll Experience

We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach. Our culture thrives on mutual respect, care, curiosity, openness, and a proactive attitude. We continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support, and learn from each other as a team!

  • A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network
  • Commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in‑person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams
