Woolworths Group is seeking a Lead Digital Media Planning & Activation Specialist to drive end-to-end digital media campaigns across the group. This parental leave cover role is full-time, hybrid, based in Surry Hills with WFH flexibility.
You will lead channel planning, investment decisioning, and budget management; develop robust media plans and QBRs; oversee activation across platforms; collaborate with internal banners and external agencies; and leverage market insights to inform investment.

As our Lead Digital Media Planning & Activation Specialist, you will drive the campaign media planning, investment decisioning and oversee delivery of the campaign across the Woolworths Group. You will bridge the gap between brand strategy and technical execution, ensuring our digital media investments deliver maximum customer and commercial value.
You are a driven, organised and proactive digital marketing professional who loves pushing the boundaries of what digital media channels can achieve. You thrive in complex environments and are passionate about delivering both commercial results and excellent customer outcomes.
