Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Lead Developer to drive end-to-end enterprise software delivery across the web stack. You will design, build and optimise large-scale applications, working with frontend (ReactJS, NextJS) and backend (NodeJS, NestJS) components.

Deep knowledge of databases (MongoDB, SQL), Python and GenAI capabilities is highly valued. You will lead a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists and business analysts to deliver robust, high-value software while embracing DevOps

Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end enterprise software delivery and modern web technologies.
Proven experience across frontend and backend stacks.
Strong understanding of web protocols and server optimization techniques.
Experience leading development teams.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

Build libraries and frameworks to support large, complex web applications.
Design and implement new user-facing features for internal and external clients.
Optimise web applications to maximize speed and scale.
Write client-side code for web-based applications, including production apps and prototypes.
Collaborate with developers, data scientists and business analysts to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
