Job summary

National Dental Care’s Perth Central Dental Centre in the heart of Perth is seeking a Lead Dentist to join its established 5-chair practice opposite Perth Train Station. You’ll continue treating your own patients while mentoring others and contributing to clinical standards and team development.

This leadership role combines clinical dentistry with management duties, collaborating with the Practice Manager on initiatives and helping foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered dentist with leadership interest.

Are you an experienced dentist looking to combine clinical dentistry with a genuine leadership opportunity?

Perth Central Dental Centre is looking for a Lead Dentist to join its established 5-chair practice in the heart of Perth, located directly opposite Perth Train Station.

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll continue treating your own patients while mentoring and supporting other clinicians and contributing to clinical standards, team development and patient care.

What you'll be doing

As Lead Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Lead, mentor and support other clinicians
• Help maintain strong clinical standards and best-practice patient care
• Contribute to team development and practice growth
• Work closely with the Practice Manager on clinical and practice initiatives
• Help foster a positive and collaborative team culture

About you

We're looking for an AHPRA-registered dentist with strong clinical experience and an interest in clinical leadership.

You may already have previous leadership experience, or you may be an experienced dentist who is ready to take the next step.

You'll bring:

• Confidence across a broad range of clinical presentations
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing other clinicians
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The practice is supported by a team of more than 30 professionals and operates 7 days a week, providing comprehensive dental care across general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry.

The practice features modern technology including digital radiography, CAD/CAM systems, rotary endodontics and advanced sterilisation equipment.
